Salam..
I'm at my bro's house at the moment. I drove here at 7 am.. Such early in the morning makes me sleepy but I managed to hold it. Nothing much to tell. Just that my 1 week holiday will end soon. I think I will be missing my home after this. i dont know why I felt homesick.
Anyway, as soon as our vice chancellor announced the mid sem break had been advanced, all my friends coincidentally were having fever (including me). Luckily, not H1N1. However, when we were at the campus, we were perfectly healthy but as soon as we reached home, we get all sorts of fever. Why?? Doesnt it weird? Suppose people gets disease at a "dense-people" place. Whatever it is, I hope my friends will fully recover before we start our class back.

:: Mas mahu diet n bersenam ::
Salam...
Regarding the title, is it possible??? I always tell my friend that I want to diet and exercise, but it never last long. The longest is 1 week.. hehe.. I'm quite chubby these days ( since I had a super-duper holiday before).
The left one is before Foundation. and the right one is the latest. can u see the difference??
By the way, today is my first start to exercise. I went to Taman Tasik Shah Alam to jog with Anis. I started running at 7.30 and ended at 8.30. I think it's okay though we didnt run all the way. hehe. I also did a little tai-chi there. There is a playground at the recreational park ( all recreational parks have it, rite?? ) that brings back my childhood memory. So, I played them. Sometimes, being an adult is very stressed and there's time I need to be childish back. Just to release all the stress. Well, I dont know what the other joggers think about us. Maybe one of them will say "ape bdk2 ni, dah besar2 pun main jgk".. Maybe some doesnt even care. Whatever it is, we really enjoyed playing and we had a lot of fun.
On the way back, I stopped at Seksyen 2 to have my breakfast. By coincidence, we met En Hamzah!!. He is our Anatomy Lab's staff. I was very suprised to meet him there. He is very sweet and kind that he payed for our breakfast. He even sent us to the hostel with his car. **jimat duitku, dpt naik kereta plak..untung2.. **. If I know this would happen, I would jog everyday at the lake..haha. juz kiddin. Today is really my lucky day!!... Thank God..
Oh, forgot about yesterday. Last night, I had a fire drill's demonstration. Believe it or not, I did try to extinguish the fire. I was very terrified because the student before me didn't do it properly that the fire "blooms" (lagi marak and menjulang) even more!!! I could even feel the heat as if the fire wants to catch me.. Haha.. Okay, I dont how to explain it, but I was shivering at the moment. I was very scared. Even the firemen were also seemed retracted from the bloomed fire. huh!.. And at that time, all the firemen (no women of course..hehe) were comforting me because I think my face had became pale. They were so cool, can even stay calmed in that situation. Thank God, nothing serious happened last night.
Last night, I was also told that a swarm of bees had attacked one of our block. Today, I found lots of bees lying dead in front of my door. Now, I'm afraid even more. I dont know how to handle with venom. Hope, the authorities will take a serious action regarding this problem. This is related to our health..
And oh, by the way, Uitm Sri Iskandar and Melaka had been closed because of H1N1. Even in here, there are also suspected cases. I'm still not recover from my cough yet. I'm afraid with my depressed-immunity system, I will get the infection. To all my friends, please pray for us and I will also pray for you guys. Although this disease is not as fatal as the bird flu or SARS, but we still need to be aware of it. okay, i think that's all..
Oh, there's another thing, I'm participating in the SAF (Sukan Antara Fakulti), the biggest event of every university. Guess what game I will be participating???.. It's petanque!!! I dont even know how to play petanque. But I want to try. Coz, there will be zero possiblity that we can win if the sport rec's students are also taking part. u know what i mean....

lipas!
Last two days was very hilarious.. hahaha.. Just thinking of it had made me die with laughter. It was very funny. And it was all because of a COCKROACH!!!
Anyway, on that night, I had a meeting with seniors at Delima 2 which is quite a distance to walk from my block. Since it was a must, so I had to go there. The meeting ended at around 11.00 pm. As soon as I opened my room's door, Alia noticed a cockroach in the room and immediately she became hysteria. She was very afraid of the cockroach and for those who know her, you will know how she reacted.. =)
While I was the one who hold the aerosol, Alia was using a broom to chase it out. She was very scared eventhough she was holding the broom which means the cockroach was far from her and which means also she could just swept it out like a dust. But, the thing is, the broom broke!! In order to "swept" the cockroach, my 7.50 bucks's room was sacrificed. sob3...
What made it more funnier was one of my friend had recorded the situation at that time. And I thought it was very good of her coz a funny memory like this is absolutely a memorable one. Isn't it?? ..When I grow up, I will surely look back at these memories and it was priceless.
Oh, by the way, I'm not posting the video in here because it is inappropriate. I just want to share with you all my funny moment here.

:: talk with tan sri Jins Shamsuddin ::
Salam..
Yesterday, my class was very packed. 3 hours lectures in the lecture hall + BEL 462.. My schedule started at 8 and ends at 8 also. Actually the classes ended at 4 pm. But all the medical students couldnt go back because of the talk with the senator. (Tan Sri is a senator. I just know about it yesterday.haha). The talk started at 5.30 pm. And he babled so much that I felt really sleepy at first. But afterwards, his talk was getting more intersting. The title of the talk is "MELAYU: PERWATAKAN DI LAYAR PERAK ZAMAN BERZAMAN". I like this statement made by our Deputy Dean, "If United States has Arnold Schwarzenegger, well, Malaysia has Tan Sri Dato Dr Jins Shamsuddin". I am really agree with that statement. Wouldn't you?
Although the talk ended very late which is at 8 pm, but I am happy though coz I got to meet him!!! yey.. It's not easy though to meet such a personality with a great attitude. I think he is very friendly coz my friend got a chance of taking a picture with him!.. Actually, during the talk, I was sitting on the front row, so, of course my face will got snapped by the camera as well. So, I dont mind. Another thing about him is that he really seems energetic even though he is 74 years OLD!. My father who is in the same age as him is very weak right now with all the diseases. I really admired him for that. Oh, why didn't I asked him how he maintain his health.
After 8 pm, I was really tired. I felt very uncomfortable at that time. As soon as I reached my room, I went flat but still there was this physiology sgs that needed to be done. sob2.. i'm really tired, u know.
So, that was yesterday's story. Today was quite packed too, but I can suit myself. I realized that I always see my day as a very stressful and tiring day. So, at this moment, I know that what had happened is happened, Don't take the tiredness to the next day. Every day, I will start my day with a smile no t complaining about the yesterday. After all, no matter how tired I am, how restless I am, life still go on. Apart from that, these are the challenges of being a medical students. I must go on!! Fighting!

:: My energy was drained ::
Salam...
Last week was my busiest week... i didn't have a time for rest at all. However, that week was actually the most free week of all the weeks in this semester.. haha.. i don't like how this sounds.
My life as a medical student had just started.
Start with the injection of Hepatitis B's vaccine. Majority of my pre-med classmates took that injection. After we got the result, we had to pay another 20 bucks for the vaccine. And then, guess what we are told??.. The faculty doesn't want that Hepatitis B result, they just want the HIV test. And the rumors about getting the vaccine sponsored by the faculty was all WRONG!!.. There you go.. my 20 dollars just fly away with nothing. All the pain I got from the injections ( from drawing the blood plus the vaccine ) was worth for nothing. sob2.. but it's okay though. Other people dont have the antibody, but we have.. "hey, Hep B..come to me!! i'm not scared of you"..haha
okay then.. last friday, we had an event plus dinner at the faculty. I was very tired yet there's an event to attend at night. And the dinner was so late. All the audiences started eating at around 10 pm.. At that hour, I didn't have appetite anymore. But, since the foods were delicious...hmm..
After that, I had a chit-chat with my nentor. Just like an adopted sister to guide me throughout my journey in this medical school. She is ery supportive and very optimistic. Oh, forgot to tell you her name. Her name is Siti Nurhakimah. Although she is a little bit quiet but it's allright. All that matters to me is her heart. And she is very kindhearted.
And then, the next morning, I had a registration to the co-curriculum activity. It was supposed to end at around 10 am but it extended till 12 pm. I was very tired at that time. Because I didnt get enough sleep on the day before. huhu.. What makes me really mad is that our faculty was the last and the only faculty in the field with the commander. Why does he hold us until 12??... urgh.. I was very happy as soon as he let us go. Thank GOD!..And that evening, I went out for shopping!!.. I was very tired but I still had many things to buy, so I had to go shopping even my body resisted it. As soon as I reached my hostel after shopping, I was already flat.. ( like a 4 flat..haha jus kiddin ). I slept early that night. And the next day was even more exhausting... yet fun..
Last Sunday, I had an explorace organised by MESTA (medical student association). The race started at 9.30 am and by hook or by crook, it must end at 1 pm. The explorace includes every single places in Uitm Shah Alam.. (all right, I just exagerrating things but yeah.. pusing satu Uitm tu ). So, to make things short, my group got the ninth place (9th).. It's okay though coz we didnt even bother to run. hehe.. we just walked throughout the race. and we didnt even finished all the checkpoints. So, it's worth it. BUt after that, my legs were in pain. I guess my muscles were paying their "oxygen debt"..huhu. I walked like a nanny for 3 days in a row. This remind me of my merentas desa days at my former school. **lily, igt tak?**
Then, on Monday, class had started. The first day was not to busy.. But the second day was urgh..... The anatomy lecturer was so fast and she didnt give us notes at all. How can we jot down notes if she tought really fast. I couldn't grasp the concept at all. I hope she will never teach me again. I prefer practical than lectures because lectures were really boring. With 190 students packed in the lecture hall, it really makes me feel sleepy.
So, that's all I want to wrote. I was a little bit stress and I find that blogging really helps me release my tension... Wait for my next entry coz my life is getting busier every day.. wish me stay fresh tomorrow.

:: I dont like the PK's staff **dedicated to the one who inject me**::
Salam..
Today, I went to PK aka pusat kesihatan in the Uitm main campus.. in fact, the building is a few meters from my faculty but still I ride a bus..hehe
What is it that I'm going there??.. I have a flu right now plus cough..What do you think??
No, I didnt do any H1N1 screening. Ironically, I did a HIV and hepatitis test..Huhu..Surprising??
Actually, it's for my faculty.. Since we are medical students, so we need to clarify that we dont have those highly infectious and fatal disease.
Back to the story, I went there at around 10 am. And we had to pay RM 80.00!! Can you imagine?? 80 bucks just for them to take my blood!! Hello, we are only students not yet a doctor.. **mencekik darah btol** . The PK's staff didnt inject me properly because my hand still in pain right now ( but still can tap on the keyboard..hehe). And it had been hours after he innjects me.. Suppose I will not feel anything after a few minutes.. The bruise near the "hole" is normal.. But I dont know why the pain goes through my arm towards my shoulder joint.. I think he had accidentally prick my nerve associated with the shoulder joint.
I had donate my blood before this, and at that time, everything was fine. No pain at all.. Credits to that nurse.. but this guy really need to learn back how to inject patients. I dont know how to describe the pain.. Now, I felt like the vein is steretched everytime I straighten my arm. And it's not comfortable at all.. If the pain lasts till tomorrow, I will tell the doctor. Oh, by the way, I just had a foreign mentor from Burma.. U know Burma??.. haha.. I dont know where is this place at first, then I notice it is actually Myanmar.. That's exactly the fact that I dont like Geography..

:: Exhausting day ::
Salam..
Last two days was very exhausting. Firstly, my registration day. It was unorganized. Even the clerk in the hostel didn't know that we were supposed to register on that day. Uitm's organization is sucks!...I was very mad a t first but after some discussion with the authorities, we managed to check in to our dorm. Our dorm was absolute beautiful.. I like it, coz it's spacious and comfortable. However, there are some things that I'm not satisfied. My roomate is my best friend, Alia. Upon hearing that my roommate is her, my mother adviced me straight away to take care of the relationship. I agreed with her. And one of my friend said "it's not a good idea to have your best friend as a roommate." Yeah, I knew it.. but I wanted to try to d o it. If things goes wrong, I will change my roommate next sem.. To tell you, I got room on the 5th floor...AAAAA!!..How am I going to live for another 6 months??..
Next, the registration things. This is absolutely another thing, nothing related to hostel. First, there was a clash information. But finally, we headed to the BPP's office just to get a "cop". How tiring... I was just after unloading my luggage to my room. And then, we were told to go to Dewan Anexxe to take picture for our matrix card which is located far from the BPP's office. Urgggh!! I was very stressed with Uitm.. coz doesnt make any arragement for students' registration. Pity us, had to go there and then go here..
Third, whn I got home from Uitm, I noticed that my adapter was left at home!!.. Oh my god, how am I gonna use the laptop?.. I planned to go back to Ipoh straight away and cpme back to KL.. But my mother didn't approve coz the cost of travelling back and buying a new one is the same. So, I bought a new adapter of RM110 that evening at Subang Parade. Student's price, u know.. And then, that night my oldest brother came to our house. It was tiring to entertain people when you are already tired.
The next day (saturday), my parents had a wedding to attend in KL at night. So, we planned to leave the house on 6 pm.. To arrive there at 8 pm. However, we got a call from my uncle saying that his mother was admitted to the hospital. So, we left early..at around 3 pm.
That night also, we got a sad news from my brother. He said, my 'nenek sedare' had died. Me + my brother + my nephew were having dinner and my parents were at the wedding at that time. This is another shocking news that day. Having two shocking news at the same day really make people tired mentally.. i think so.. don't you think?
This morning, before the sun rised, my parents had headed back to Ipoh.. so.. that's all
