swine flu?

New virus had invaded Mexico. Until now, there has been 152 people die due to this disease. and 1000 and more are under medical attentions. The worst is , it can spread via air which every single living things need for breathing process. That's why it can spread from human to human. Before this, the bird flu spread by a vector. WHO had declared that the swine flu is at stage 4 which means it is very dangerous. The virus, aH1N1 virus now had spread through America and the latest news is that the pandemic is believed had also spread to South Korea. Oh my God, Hope it will never cross the border.

Scientists said that they had never ever found this type of virus which is a combination of bird, pig and human's virus. Until now, there is no vaccine to cure this disease or i can say pandemic. Yes, it is a pandemic. This thing is getting serious in Mexico. All public buildings including schools had been closed for public until 6th May 2009. *What a long and terrible holiday for the students* . Luckily, there has been no single case in Malaysia. Hopefully, it doesnt come here.

The symptoms are the same as a normal influenza but there is a URT problem on the patient. The patient will have difficulty in breathing. So, I'm saying for those people who has fever at the moment, please seek for medical advice right now. Although the disease not reach Malaysia yet but who knows..

" Yeiy! I solved it! ".

Dear bloggers,

Well, see the picture above?? That is Magic cube aka Rubix's cube. I had never ever get to solve this 'toy' since I started playing it which means since I was in primary school. Usually, I would ask my brother to solve it. I would cry if he made excuses. That's me back then. *Teruk kan perangai aku??*. But he should thanked me coz he is now a master in solving this puzzle. hehe..
So, yesterday, I bought this magic cube and played with it day and night. Finally, I succeed. Yey!! I'm very happy right now. Alast, my efforts worth it. Now, I can solve it within 10 minutes only.

See?? I solved it myself. I'm not faking, okay?.. I'm an honest person so I wouldnt be telling lies. *perasan btol!* Anyone wants to learn how to solve it, please leave a comment. I would love to teach you how. In fact, it is very very easy to be solved and it uses the algorithm's theory.

" Top 10 medical breakthrough in 2008 "

1. First Neurons Created from ALS Patients

Researchers at Harvard and Columbia reported a milestone experiment in July, using a new method — one that doesn't require embryos at all — to generate the first motor neurons from stem cells in two elderly women with Lou Gehrig's disease, or ALS. The technique, developed by Kyoto University scientist Shinya Yamanaka in 2006, involves reprogramming a patient's ordinary skin cells to behave like stem cells, then coaxing them into the desired tissue-specific cells.

2. Inflammation vs. Cholesterol
Half of all heart attacks in the U.S. occur in people with normal cholesterol levels. Baffled? So were doctors. Smaller studies had hinted at the link in the past, but Ridker's recent research, showed that when people with normal cholesterol and high levels of CRP — a protein marker for inflammation in the blood — took statins, their CRP levels plummeted and their heart attack risk fell 54%. Compare that to the 20% reduced risk in people who take statins to lower cholesterol alone. Doctors say cholesterol and fatty plaques are still the main indicators of heart disease, but inflammation may be just as important, playing a key role as a trigger: It increases the instability of plaques, making them more likely to rupture, block heart vessels and cause a heart attack. ( inflammation is more dangerous..scary!! )

3. Scarless Surgery

A team at the University of California at San Diego performed the first such appendectomy in the U.S. in March, using camera-fitted scopes to guide the removal of a woman's appendix through her vagina. The technique is also helping some gastric bypass patients whose stomach tissue has stretched out post-surgery; doctors insert a scope through the mouth and gather up the stretched folds to shrink the stomach back to a smaller size. The technique isn't completely incision-free — surgeons make small cuts through tissue inside the body — but by reducing incisions through the skin, it could reduce pain and infection and promote faster recovery for some common surgical procedures.

4. Genomes for the Masses

Now you can map your entire genome and reveal some of its many secrets — for just $399 and a little spit. Right now, there's no way to know whether you'll get cancer just because you have the gene, but once the science has advanced, the hope is that such genetic mining will predict disease, giving people the option of seeking treatment before they get sick. ( Isn't $399 is little?? I mean for the American. I thought it would be more expensive. )

5. New Genes for Alzheimer's

There is no cure, no vaccine and no way to diagnose Alzheimer's disease without an autopsy. But there may be hope in the discovery of 4 new genes that contribute to the most common form of the disease. The newly identified genes may shed light on how to keep those nerves alive, which may be a therapy for the Alzheimer's patient in the future. Even more exciting, one of the genes produces a protein that nerve cells use to communicate, another function that declines when Alzheimer's sets in.

6. A Five-in-One Vaccine

Any parent can appreciate how much babies hate shots. So, welcome Pentacel, the first vaccine to immunize against five diseases at once — diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio and haemophilus influenzae type B. The vaccine was studied in more 5,000 infants, who showed only minor side effects, including fever, redness and swelling at the injection site. Pentacel still has to be administered in four separate doses, three times between the ages of 2 and 6 months, then again between 15 and 18 months — but it cuts down by 30% on the 23 injections toddlers under 18 months normally receive. ( These days, children are so lucky. )

7. Gene Screens for Breast Cancer

Gene screens are fast becoming a powerful tool, not just for diagnosing cancer but for treating it as well. Breast cancer patients are also increasingly relying o n another gene test, OncotypeDx, which can determine the risk of breast cancer recurrence and which chemotherapy agents will work best against a particular tumor. So that chemotherapy will not have lot s of side effects to the patient.

8. Blood Test for Down Syndrome

One of the best ways to confirm Down syndrome before birth is by amniocentesis, which uses a needle to remove a sample of the amniotic fluid surrounding a fetus. However, there is a risk of miscarriage in this test. Now, a new genetic test may be able to pick up the disease with a simple blood sample from the mom-to-be. Because small amounts of fetal DNA enter the mother's bloodstream, the test is designed to detect abnormally elevated levels of chromosome 21 (an extra copy of it causes Down) in the mother's blood, which would indicate a baby with the disease. However it is still in the development stages.

9. Seasick Patch for Cancer Patients

Those motion-sickness patches can really help calm a churning stomach on a boat. So, someone decided to apply the same idea to deliver anti-nausea drugs to cancer patients after chemotherapy. One smalll thing can give benefits to two different disease.

10. Stem-Cell Trachea Transplant

In a transplant first, doctors in Spain gave Claudia Lorena Castillo Sanchez, 30, a new windpipe, constructed from a donor trachea lined with Sanchez's own stem cells. It's the first time a patient's adult stem cells, extracted from bone marrow, have been used to seed a new tissue or organ for transplant. Because the donor trachea was stripped of cells that could cause rejection, Sanchez, who suffered from tuberculosis and lost function of one branch of her trachea, avoided having to take the powerful immunosuppressant drugs that transplant patients normally require. Doctors expect that this type of transplant, which is still experimental, will need several more years of study before it becomes widely used. But Sanchez, for one, is happy she didn't have to wait that long; the mother of two is already back to work and enjoying dancing six months after her operation. ( A happy ending story.)

" Women's mentality "

Salam and good day
Flower blossoms makes my day happy and cheerful.
Women and flowers cant be separated. Same goes with me.
I always attracted to beautiful flowers but I'm not interested in planting it. hehe..
This is my mom's plant. My mom really has a green finger.
Just look at the results. .
So pretty and sweet, rite?

Another snap of the flower from front view..
ignore the fingers at the bottom of it..=D

Flowers are the sweetest things God ever made, and forgot to put a soul into. ~Henry Beecher, Life Thoughts, 1858

" Is he Mr Bean?? "

Salam and good day

I ransacked my store room yesterday and found back my Mr Bean doll. It had been lost for a long time. I miss the doll. It has a story behind this doll though it looks old. I'll tell you.

-------'-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The doll was not mine initially. It was a present from a junior to a GUY who was my classmate in MJSC Jeli. He is quite close to me since we were LDP at that time. He was quite popular back then ( that's why he got that present). However, he doesnt like it. Guys dont like dolls, u know. So to all readers, plezz dont give to your boyfriend a doll. It's so unmatured, ridiculous and embarassing. Back to the story, he left the doll in his locker after the SPM and went back. I went home a little bit late than everyone else. I was among the last three students in Jeli at that time. When I was packing my books in the class, I found the doll inside his locker. (I just like to check all my friend's left's properties..hehe coz who knows some might be useful). I took the doll with intention to give it to my nephew since he is a Mr Bean's die hard fans. Unfotunately, my nephew has a better one than this doll. So, I was a little bit dissapointed. But then my other nephews and nieces love to play with it when they came back. U know kids, they didnt put the things they played back, rite? So that's why this doll lost.

Ha, mesti you guys think that I took the doll without permission. I did told him la-his name is Akram-. U know what, I was afraid at that time. If he got mad, I will surely live in sin..but surprisingly, he did not. (phew, lucky me!)Then last month, this guy told me that he received another mr bean's doll from his classmate during the "Changing presents" event at his matriks...haha. It was very funny coz he got the same gift. Then he told me, if I were there he will give it to me. Wallah, what a person he is. If he did that , it will make the one who gave him the present disappointed la kan.. xD

To think of it, why they give him a doll??is he looks like a doll or is his personality more to feminine??.. and why mr bean's doll specifically?? Perhaps because of his characteristics who likes to joke resembles mr bean. Or maybe he 'really' looks like mr bean. That's it! ..he really looks like mr bean la... Pity him, he doesnt like doll, but still receive it as a gift.

*ps:- takpe la kere, nanti aku bg hadiah yg len sket ek...hihi

" Currently,...

Currently, I'm addicted to this song

Tittle: Love story
Singer: Taylor Swift

We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes and the flashback starts
I'm standing there on a balcony in summer air
See the lights, see the party, the ball gowns
See you make your way through the crowd
And say hello, little did I know

That you were Romeo
You were throwing pebbles
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
And I was crying on the staircase
Begging you please don't go

And I said
Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting, all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story, baby, just say yes

So I sneak out to the garden to see you
We keep quiet cause we're dead if they knew
So close your eyes, escape this town for a little while

oh, oh, oh

Cause you were Romeo
I was a scarlet letter
And my daddy said stay away from Juliet
But you were everything to me
I was begging you please don't go

And I said
Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting, all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story, baby, just say yes

Romeo, save me,they're trying to tell me how to feel
This love is difficult but it's real
Don't be afraid, we'll make it out of this mess
It's a love story, baby, just say yes

I got tired of waiting
I'm wondering if you were ever coming around
My faith in you was fading
when I met you on the outskirts of town

And I said
Romeo save me, I've been feeling so alone
I keep waiting for you but you never come
Is this in my head, I don't know what to think
He knelt to the ground and he pulled out a ring
And said

Marry me, Juliet, you'll never have to be alone
I love you and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad, you'll pick out a white dress
It's a love story, baby, just say yes

Oh,oh,oh,oh

We were both young when I first saw you

The song is so sweet and it's like a story. The story is also sweet. I want to be that Juliet!! I really respect the composer coz the words are not metaphoric or bombastic but still it is a good song.

+ Finally...

Salam and good day.

Today, the weather is not so good. Gloomy from the morning until now. But hey, I have a good news!! Finally, my guppy fish had give birth yesterday!! yeeiy!! *clap clap*. Actually, guppies lay eggs but the mother will keep it in her mouth until it mature and she will eats her babies. I was very shocked yesterday since the guppy did not show any signs of pregnancy since 2 months ago. That was a long time for a guppy to reproduce. Usually it takes about 28 days only. Whatever it is, I am very happy as if the babies are mine..hahaha

However, I also have sad news. My uncle had been suspected for a cardiac disease. Might be because of artherosclerosis coz he has hypertension. And my mother got a treatment for her illness yesterday that will put her to rest for 4 days. Total rest! So, I had to be the one to take care of the chores. I was a little bit tired today. Guess what I had done today??

I cooked today's lunch on my own ( i really mean that)! I never had done that before. Usually, I am the assistant. I admitted that I was a little bit kelam kabut la coz it is my first time. But u know what, I feel satisfied doing it. I think I can do that for a few days more.

" Happy BirThdaY "

Name: Amalia damia bt Asrul Sani
Age: 8 today
Wish from maksu:
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to Amalia
Happy birthday to you
Today is her birthday. I sent her a card but she doesn't know it. Hope she will be surprised. <>

Hey, BIG spender!!

Salam and good day

Sale at Jusco Ipoh exclusive for J card member. All the goodies had 30% - 70%. To tell you, I dont have Jusco card, u know. I immediately make one at the counter. Haha, kind of funny to think coz I make that card just to have the special price. I rarely go to Jusco so I will give it to my mom since Jusco is a stone throw away from my house.

I went to Jusco at about 10.00 am. I was a little bit weird coz the parking slots were all full except for the roof top.It was 10.00 am, u know! The mall was just opened yet the parking's lots were full. How can I not feel weird. Na, as soon as I entered the mall I knew it right away why there were soooo many buyers. And 70% of the buyers were Chinese. Seems like no Malays were there. hehe, of course it's not rite la.. There were too many buyers that all the promoters were kind of very busy. "Org kata tak menang tangan dibuatnya." All the cashier counters were having a super long queue. Even to move around also was very hard. But of course I can say that majority were Chinese (again!). They are really BIG spender. I think almost every single chinese person hold a trolley full of new goodies. Yes, the prices were very cheap that they didnt have to spent much on the items. A 128 ringgit item can be reduced to 38 ringgit only!! Who doesnt want that?? This is the time if you want to buy branded stuffs with low prize

From my point of view, the Chinese are good at grabbing opportunity. Just look at this situation, they really knew how to spend money economically. Same goes in business, they knew how to grab the chances. That's why they can be a successful businessman. Then, I also wonder how they knew about the sales coz even me myself didnt know bout this. So I'm guessing that maybe someone had been spreading the news to his friends. The "same religous' friends" of course. Same goes in business to. How many companies own by Chinese had more malay workers then their workers?? plezzz tell me, i really want to know.

That's all I can say today. I realized today, since I started to write this blog, I became more aware of every situation that occurs around me. If possible I want to take pictures every second of my life. And I valued my life even more. I guess it's a good thing for me.

BELL'S PALSY

Salam and good day.
I wanna share with you my experience that will happen to only 1 of 5000 people in the world.

When I was in form 1. I had this neuro disease. When talking about disease, especially that is connected to the brain, people will get terrified. I had the idiopathic disease called Bell's Palsy. Actually, scientists believe that it is caused by viral infection. Luckily, I did the treatment early that I can recover fast.

WHAT IS BELL'S PALSY?
Bells palsy is a condition that causes the facial muscles to weaken or become paralyzed. It's caused by trauma to the 7th cranial nerve, and is not permanent.

WHY IS IT CALLED BELL'S PALSY?
The condition is named for Sir Charles Bell, a Scottish surgeon who studied the nerve and its innervation of the facial muscles 200 years ago.

HOW COMMON IS BELL'S PALSY?
Bells palsy is not as uncommon as is generally believed. Worldwide statistics set the frequency at approximately .02% of the population (with geographical variations). In human terms this is 1 of every 5000 people, and 40,000 Americans every year.

IS BELL'S PALSY ALWAYS ON THE SAME SIDE?
The percentage of left or right side cases is approximately equal, and remains equal for recurrences. ( I was on the left side.)

IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BECAUSE OF GENDER OR RACE?
The incidence of Bells palsy in males and females, as well as in the various races is also approximately equal. The chances of the condition being mild or severe, and the rate of recovery is also equal.

WHAT CONDITIONS CAN INCREASE THE CHANCE OF HAVING BELL'S PALSY?
Older people are more likely to be afflicted, but children are not immune to it. Children tend to recover well. Diabetics are more than 4 times more likely to develop Bells palsy than the general population. The last trimester of pregnancy is considered to be a time of increased risk for Bell's palsy. Conditions that compromise the immune system such as HIV or sarcoidosis increase the odds of facial paralysis occurring and recurring.

HOW DO THE SYMPTOMS OF BELL'S PALSY PROGRESS?
Very quickly. Most people either wake up to find they have Bells palsy, or have symptoms such as a dry eye or tingling around their lips that progress to classic Bell's palsy during that same day. Occasionally symptoms may take a few days to be recognizable as Bells palsy. The degree of paralysis should peak within several days of onset - never in longer than 2 weeks (3 weeks maximum for Ramsey Hunt syndrome). A warning sign may be neck pain, or pain in or behind the ear prior to palsy, but it is not usually recognized in first-time cases. ( my warning sign is pain behind my left ear and it only takes two days to be recognizable after the onset for me)

IS BELL'S PALSY CONTAGIOUS?
No, it is not contagious. People with Bells palsy can return to work and resume normal activity as soon as they feel up to it.

WHAT ABOUT RECOVERY FROM BELL'S PALSY?
Approximately 50% of Bells palsy patients will have essentially complete recoveries in a short time. Another 35% will have good recoveries in less than a year. ( I was in the 50% category. Thank GOD)

IS BELL'S PALSY LIKELY TO HAPPEN AGAIN?
The possibility of recurrence had been thought to be as high as 10 - 20%. These figures have been lowered as more has been learned about conditions that are now diagnosed as other types of facial palsies. Estimates of the rate of recurrence still vary widely, from around 4 - 14%. Most recent reports hover at 5 - 9%. The average timespan between recurrences is 10 years. (Hopefully, I will not)

Bells Palsy is caused by an inflammation within a small bony tube called the fallopian canal. The canal is an extremely narrow area. An inflammation within it is likely to exert pressure on the nerve, compressing it. Likewise, if the nerve itself becomes inflamed within this small canal, it can encounter pressure, with the same result of compression. The nerve has not yet exited the skull and divided into its several branches, resulting in impairment of all functions controlled by the 7th nerve. If only part of the face is affected, the condition is not Bell's palsy. If, for example, the mouth area is weak but the forehead moves, Bells palsy is ruled out.

SEMUT

Salam and good day!

This morning, I went to a relative's funeral. As usual, I was needed to be the driver coz her house is quite far from my home. So off we went at about 9.00 am. I was like a "tunggul" coz I didnt talk to anyone in that house since I didnt even know them. I was like berkepit with my mom. She is talkative. She can even find friends in an unknown place within a minute. Why i didnt inherited her skills? Then at around 11.30, solat jenazah was done. All the muslimah had to waited outside the house while all the muslims were praying. there was a vent outside the house. So, I went there and found a chair to seat. Suddenly, somebody warned me that there were 'sarang semut api' specifically at the place where I put my chair. I was shocked to see the vast amount of this tiny creatures and I was started thinking the consequences that will happen to me if that auntie did not warn me. I even snapped the picture to show to you. This is only half of the sarang. There were also babies.

Scarry, huh??

When i look again and again at the colonies, I remembered this 3d-movie entitled "ANTS BULLY". This story is so unlogic coz the ants are very smart to produce a liquid that can shrinks human just lke the story of "HONEY, I SHRUNK THE KIDS". The ants want to take revenge to their bullier. So the bullier which is a kid had to undergo life as an ant during his 'tiny' time until he finds out that ants are very hardworking and actually friendly. haha..kind of funny when I think about. well, it's a story. but it tells us a lesson for "DO NOT BULLY ANTS". Even our Prophet does not encourage us to kill ants. So I am practically practiced that. I didnt even step on the ants ( because I was afraid of its bite) .

Ants are always hardworking. They can live as a family. But humans are not very hardworking and yet we are splitting. i mean we did not live in unity. Why cannot we follow the ants' principle? Is it to hard for us to live in dignity and as a family? Maybe because we have brains so it is hard for us to have "kata sepakat".. How can we live as one if this happened? This is what life is all about. Sometimes we cannot do what we want. For example, people always talk about unity and now a new vission had been set up by our new PM (1Malaysia) but i believe that this will take YEARS to achieve that. Somehow, its hard to unite tough we always heard we as a Malaysian live in harmony with different races. Actually, we are not. Some people just like to pretend to have that 'kind of harmony relationship' but the truth is we dont even care about it. Even I am racious a little bit. My neighbours are non-muslim and I had never ever talked to them. The auntie in the next house has children of my age but still I dont even care to mingle with them. Perhaps I will act differently if she was a Malay and a muslim. Sometimes, I feel bad myself but the thught only last for a second. A minute after that, I started to forget all about it. That is the reality. Yes, we can talk with them. We can mix with them but usually we dont. We just do that when we have to. Otherwise, my business is my business, yours is yours. it's like that.

Thus, I'm wondering is it possible to achieve that vission wiht our current issue?

..................

...........Wow, I never knew that I actually wrote this!! haha..

Trip to MATRIKS GOPENG

Salam and good day!..

Yesterday, I visited my friends (ex-sarjana) at Matriks Gopeng accompanied by my mom.. I was a little bit jealous with Lily. That's why I wanted to go there too.. hehe...No lah...That's not the main reason..

The building is so nice, beautiful. Perhaps because it is a new building so not much damages were done yet. There are lots of flower and rare plants planted there. My mom is a nature lover that she got very excited to see all the plants. She even wanted to take the seeds!! If the gardener was there. Unfortunately, the gardener was nowhere to be found. Pity her..

Lot of ex-sarjana were there. They are having exam today and this week will be their final week so how tired I was yesterday, I must go there since it will be difficult to have such a gathering again in the future. Forgot to mention, I drove the car.. hehe.. So I met them at around 10.00 am. I did brought along my camera. Suddenly I was "begitu rajin" to bring my camera.. I dont know why but currently, I didnt like to snap pictures with my camera anymore. Actually, since I can take pictures with my handset, I thought camera is just heavier. So I think you can guess how excited I was to meet them (coz I brought the camera..=D). I did take pictures, u know.. I didnt bring it for no purpose.

~~(Flashback)Before this, I brought the camera to KL. I was planning to snap the photos of my new nephew. but then, the camera just sit in my bag for the whole 3 days I was there. this is the conversation between me n my mom in the car on my way back to home:

Mom: Rugi tak bawak kamera, kalau tak boleh tgkp gambar Umar. Umar tu comel sangat.
Macam muka ayah dy.
Me: Ada bawak ma. tapi kat dlm beg baju.
Mom: Ya Allah, apasal tak tgkp gmbr Umar.
(Guess what I said..hmm)
Me: malas la ma. Handset ade.. Gune handset jer..
Mom: Ada tgkp tak guna handset?
Me: Tak pun..hahahaa

My mom just stared at me. haha.Actually I was kind of lazy to snap pictures. I only snapping when I'm in the mood. That's why there are not much pictures in my blog.

~~(Back to the future) We had lunch together at the cafeteria in the matriks.. Suddenly, we were the centre of attention in the cafeteria. haha.. All the other students looked at us. You will know why after you look at the pictures down there.

For all of them, I wish you guys ALL THE BEST in the final exam. Success is never impossible, rite? Hope we can meet in the future.

see what happened if my mom is taking the picture.. *sigh*

This is much better, I think so. isn't it?

Before, there is 6. Now it's 7

In the canteen aka dining hall. That's why we attract the attention. too many people.Me and Nakhiah

That's Me with sharifah

Me and Aini Cheah

Me and Syahirah Zamauri ( I dont believe I still remember her father's name (*_*))

Me and Rahmah. She is very feminine so I want to pose as a gentle person in the picture too. But....
I'm not suitable to be an actress.. hmm

Me and Dayah. She is very very sporty

Home Sweet Home.

Salam and good day.

At last, I'm HOME!!! I don't want any more vacation, plezz.. It was tiring..actually it was tiring because it was non-stop vacation.. On my way home, we stopped by at some of my parents' friends at Parit Buntar and Bagan Serai. I really did not enjoy this visit coz I was really sleepy at that time. I didnt get off from the car because I was too sleepy. So, my mother made excuse for me saying that I got headache. Thanks mom for covering me! =D

On the last house, I met this newly wed couple of 40's ( what I mean is their age).. It's the first marriage for the wife but the second marriage for the husband. The couple is like a newly wed couple though they are in late 40's. The husband is a pensioner while the wife is a housewife. On top of that, the wife is his husband's student. It was so sweet. The wife called the husband "abang" and she has hearing problem due to some accidents occurred to her. Usually, we only heard the young couples calling their partner 'honey' or 'hubby' or 'abang' . We rarely heard our a late couples use these term. So, I can say that they are a lovey couple tough they are in late 40's. That made me realized something.

" Now I believe that love is blind. There's is no definite age to fall in love. There's no definite reason why we fell in love. It's just that when we love somebody, we are accepting her/him as the way he/she is."

Just like this couple, with age barrier and communication difficulties, they still can tie the knot. The husband is old enough to be her father but yet this is LOVE. Before this, I only read bout this in newspaper only. I was kind of not to believe that story but now i know it's true.

Terengganu, "When nature embraces heritage"

Real or fake?

Look at the baby turtle..so cute!

Yesterday, we went to the Queensbay Mall. There was a Terengganu fest at the centre of the mall. The place was so crowded with people wanting to see all stuffs from Terengganu. The purpose of this exhibition is to attract people to visit Terengganu. I think they do this in collaboration with the Ministry Of Tourism. The main ATTRACTION (for me) was the turtles..aww, so cute, isn't it? Sadly, they are the extinct species.. There was also a small concert by various singers who I dont ever know. And also there was this person "menenun" songket. I couldnt imagine how he can do that without losing interest and patience. I would give up early if I was given an opportunity to do one. hehe.. W hat I realized is that people always attracted to this sort of things even foreigners too. This made me proud of my proud with Malaysia's culture.

Songket Terengganu. Very hard to "sew" one. NO wonder it's expensive

Anis Suraya, an artist. The one who made my niece dont want to move even an inch away from that spot.hehe

It was very sweet knowing what our country has done in order to attract tourists and to make this industry as the source of money. I agree that this industry could give lotsa benefits to the country. The sour thing is the place is not very suitable. The people was too crowded yet the plot was soooo small. And the technician should lowered the speaker's volume coz it was very irritating. With songs playing and buyers bargaining made me fell stressed. huh.. maybe this is what we call a fiesta.

Holiday AGAIN..

Not even 2 days after I went back from Johor, we (my father, mother and me) set off to Pulau Pinang. I wasn't even fully recover from the previous journey .This was an unplanned vacation actually coz suddenly, my brother's mother-in-law organized a feast. So our main intention was to attend the feast but we took it as a holiday visit to my brother's house . I thought Lily was there and I was hoping that I could spend a day with her. Unfortunately, she wwnt home. Urgh, how frustrating! Maybe it's a fate, we rarely see each other lately. Aparently, we're both busy. I am busy with my hoola vacation, and she is busy in completing her assignment.

The three of them are siblings and if you realized, they were wearing make-up. Even me myself dont wear any, hehe.. I took this photo during the feast. (stilll have time to take picture even in a busy time..)

CUTI2 FAMILY

Salam..
I was just really LAZY to update my blog.. I just find out that today I was a little bit "rajin" to update my blog.

Baby Ilham

It had been almost two weeks since I left my house and had a hoody-goody holiday in my sister's house in Kuantan, Pahang. I was the driver. It was such a tiring day, driving all the way from Ipoh to Kuantan not to mention the "extraordinary" road through Genting. Even auto car were exhausted..phew! I spent about a week at Kuantan to take care of the newborn baby, Mohd Ilham.. hihi.. Seeing his face made all my tiredness go off. He was so small.. very cute!! he was just 1.9 kg back then. Now, he has gain weight.. I can't wait to see his chubby face this May since my sis will come to KL to sit for her final exam.. Good luck to her.May success follow her..

Look how huggable he is.. (Naufal Marwi)

Straight away from Kuantan, we went to my other sister's house in Johor. Wallah!...what a grand tour! lagi hebat dari Le Tour de Langkawi.. =p As always I was the driver. We took the old road not the highway, so the road is in bad condition that made me feel tired. Also, there were lots of lorries, tanks and busses.. All sorts of heavy vehicle.. I was lucky that no accidents occured to us.. I was reallt mad at the lorry driver. Who he thinks he is? Driving such a big vehicle doesnt mean that you are the king of the road!... we spent a nother week at my sister's house at Rengit. She has 4 children. The first is in standard 1, second is in kiindergarten and another two stay at home. My sister is unemployed right now and she doesnt have maid. So, our arrival was a BIG help to her..That's why she was so happy upon our arrival. I really love the chubby look of my nephew, Naufal Marwi. He is soooooo huggable.
